Terms and conditions
Check In and Check Out:
- Guests may check in after 10:30 a.m.
- We request that guests check out by 10:00 a.m.
Guest Registration / Occupancy:
- All guests staying at Dreamhome must be registered with us upon arrival.
- Room rates are based on single/double occupancy. Any additional adults / children will be charged according to the published rate schedule.
- 1 child under the age of five is exempt from additional charges.
- The maximum occupancy allowed is 2 adults per room.
- Unauthorized guests will be charged INR 1000 per guest / per night and will be subject to immediate eviction. This is deemed theft of services. The registered party will be responsible for the penalty charge.
- Dreamhome management reserves the right to enter and inspect any room upon showing of good cause.
- Payments should be made in Indian Rupees.
- Payments will be required in advance for period of booking (or as per conditions agreed).
Reservations and Cancellation Policy:
- Reservations are only confirmed once an initial payment (50 percent advance) has been made through Cash, Cheque Deposit or Bank transfer.
- There shall be no refund if a booking is cancelled within 10 days before date of Check-in.
- Proof of identity: Passport – Mandatory for all foreign guests
- Voters ID / Driving Licence / Company ID / Ration Card - for Indian Guests is mandatory.
- All foreign guests will have to fill Form C (Submitted to Police & Foreigners Registration office) in compliance with the Rules 14 of Foreigners Registration Act .
Smoking Policy:
- Smoking is prohibited in all bed rooms except the living room. An INR 500.00/day cleaning fee will be charged for those that do not comply with the Non-Smoking regulation.
- Please refrain from using scented candles or incense during your stay at Dreamhome Serviced Apartments. Both can be fire hazards and a fragrance that may be pleasant for you may not necessarily be for the next guest. Due to the difficulty in releasing the fragrance from the furnishings an INR 500/day cleaning fee will be charged.
